Which American band helped pioneer folk rock in the mid-1960s with their Rickenbacker 12-string electric guitar cover of Bob Dylan's "Mr. Tambourine Man"?

The Byrds

The Byrds successfully bridged the gap between traditional folk music and the emerging rock sound of the 1960s. The group also experimented with psychedelic rock and helped establish the country rock genre.
