Who choreographed the musical "West Side Story"?
Show answer
Jerome Robbins
Jerome Robbins revolutionized musical theater by integrating dance into the plot rather than using it as a mere interlude. He famously demanded that the actors playing the Jets and the Sharks stay separated during rehearsals to create genuine on-stage tension.
