How many minutes of regulation time are in a standard senior professional soccer match?

Show answer

90 minutes

A match is split into two 45-minute halves, but the clock never actually stops even when the ball is out of play. To compensate for lost time due to injuries or substitutions, referees add 'stoppage time' at the very end of each half.
