Which two creators are credited with creating Batman for DC Comics?

Bob Kane and Bill Finger

While Bob Kane was credited as the sole creator for decades, Bill Finger is now recognized for developing Batman's iconic look, including his cape, cowl, and the absence of red in his costume. Finger also came up with the secret identity 'Bruce Wayne' and the name 'Gotham City.' This partnership was finally officially acknowledged by DC Comics in 2015 after years of advocacy by historians.
