Which singer popularized the moonwalk dance?

Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson debuted the moonwalk during a performance of 'Billie Jean' on the 'Motown 25' TV special in 1983. While he didn't invent the move—it was used by street dancers and mimes like Marcel Marceau—he refined it and turned it into a global phenomenon.
