Led by John Fogerty, what American band is associated with the "swamp rock" sound and hits like "Proud Mary" and "Fortunate Son"?

Creedence Clearwater Revival

The band achieved massive success in the late 1960s with a roots-rock style that contrasted with the era's psychedelia. Their songs often addressed social and political themes, particularly the experiences of the working class during the Vietnam War.
