Which director made "Pulp Fiction"?

Quentin Tarantino

Tarantino's 1994 masterpiece is famous for its non-linear timeline and 'cool' dialogue about mundane topics like fast food in Europe. The film's title refers to the cheap 'pulp' magazines and crime novels that were popular in the mid-20th century.
